All orders are shipped from the United States. International shipping is not yet available.
Domestic orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS®, UPS® or DHL®. Because order volume is higher during Promotional and Sale events, please allow up to 3-4 business days to process and ship your order. Weekends and Holidays are excluded.

Domestic orders that subtotal over $50 are eligible for FREE standard shipping.
If a shipping fee is voluntarily selected at checkout, the buyer will be charged.
Orders are mailed to the shipping address provided at checkout and cannot be modified once the order is complete. Please verify that all shipping information, including Apt, Floor, Suite, Unit, etc., is provided and accurate prior to completing checkout. If an Apt, Floor, Suite, Unit, etc. was not entered at checkout in error, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so that we can update the shipping address before the order is processed. Since some orders are processed within the hour of receipt, doing so is very important.
Estimated delivery time is provided by the shipping carrier selected at checkout and may vary depending on shipping destination, Holiday season and/or inclement weather. Packages may either arrive earlier than the estimated delivery date, on time or after the estimated delivery date. Once your package is marked shipped and in transit, we are not responsible for guaranteed on time delivery.

For the protection of our business, once your package is marked “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor do we send replacements.

*RETURNED (RPO) PACKAGES*
If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an invalid mailing address, we reserve the right to charge a non-refundable reshipping fee. Once the correct address is verified with the buyer, we will forward an electronic invoice for the reshipping fee. Buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee and has 7 days upon receipt to pay the invoice. Upon receipt of payment, we will re-ship the package to the verified mailing address.
IMPORTANT: If after 7 days and payment is not received, the order will be voided.
