All sales are final and returns are not accepted. To ensure customer satisfaction, all orders are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. We strive to only send out quality items.
*EXCHANGES (if applicable)*
If your order does not meet the conditions listed below, you will not be eligible for an exchange and the merchandise is yours to keep.
Exchanges are only accepted on delivered damaged merchandise due to in-transit courier handling.
Buyer has 7 days upon receipt of damaged package to initiate an exchange by emailing Visions of Amahle customer care at email@example.com. Please list "Damaged" in the subject line with the order number AND attach photos that evidently show the extent of the damaged package and merchandise. If we agree with the contents in your email, buyer will receive an approval email from Visions of Amahle and must then return the original damaged package with merchandise to us. Buyer is responsible for the non-refundable return shipping cost.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will email the buyer with a merchandise credit code.
For orders that received free shipping, a flat fee of $5 will be deducted from your return. All approved exchanges will receive free shipping applied to the new order.
*Merchandise credit codes vs. Discount codes*
Merchandise credit codes do not expire and can be used at any time until the credit amount reaches $0. Most Discount codes have an expiration date and others are a one-time use.
If an order does not meet the conditions listed above, a rejection notification will be emailed to the buyer. Please do not return your package to us and the merchandise is yours to keep.
If an order is returned to Visions of Amahle without receiving an approval confirmation email from us, a rejection notification will be emailed to the buyer and the same merchandise will be returned to the shipping address associated with the original order. Buyer is responsible for the non-refundable return shipping cost. An electronic invoice for the return shipping cost will be emailed to the buyer. If the invoice is not paid within 7 days from the date of receipt, the order will be voided.

When mailing packages to us, please use a trackable shipping service. Once a package is in transit, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, please contact the courier service you selected.
